Buyer/Bidder Information
-
Pre-register as a bidder/buyer! Registration lines get very long, and can impact a buyer's ability to preview all of the beekeeping equipment/supplies that are being offered; save yourself trial and tribulations, and pre-register!
-
Once pre-registered, you go to the pre-registration table, and pick up your bidder's ticket that has your own specific bidder number, and you are ready to bid! You can also sign up to be a CIBA member during this quick check-in process!
-
Cash, check or credit card payment is accepted the day of the auction.
-
Buyers will incur an additional 3% charge with the use of a credit card for payment of auction items.
-
-
Please review Bidder Conditions!

Seller/Consignor Information
-
Pre-register as a seller! Save yourself trials and tribulations - ensure CIBA has accurate information, and save yourself long lines on auction day!
-
It's beneficial to consign early, as lot numbers are assigned in order of registration! So, register early, and your equipment is sold earlier in the day!
-
Download a consignment form below, complete and send in via email or mail.
-
-
If you know what you have to sell, we highly encourage you to submit a completed consignment form either via mail or email prior to the auction, so that CIBA can properly advertise beekeeping equipment/supplies that will be available for bidding on the day of the auction. The advertising helps promote more buyers at the auction, which improves a seller's opportunity to sell!
-
New this year - we have a consignment list for bidders/buyers to review under the IMPORTANT STUFF section! The more information you provide on your equipment, the better the advertising!
-
-
Make sure to bring a copy of the completed form to the auction! CIBA representatives will need the form to validate all of the items that you bring - the lack of a form will delay check-in.
-
You will also need to sign the form during check-in to validate the consignor's commission.
-
-
-
Only CIBA members will get a reduced consignment fee of 10% if notification (completed consignment form or advise CIBA via a phone call or email that you will be consigning) received by April 1, 2023.
-
Non-member consignors, and CIBA consignors consigning AFTER April 1st, will be charged a 15% consignment fee.
-
Committing to consign does not require a list of the items you are consigning, but the sooner we know the items you have to sell, the better we can advertise and the better your opportunity to sell your beekeeping equipment.
-
If you are unsure on items that you will have to sell, make sure you let CIBA know that you are planning on bringing items to the sale. Contact Mark Moberly either via a phone call or email.
-
-
As you are putting items away or cleaning your supplies, start a list of what you want to bring to the auction.
-
Please review Seller Conditions!
-
IMPORTANT! SELLERS WITH LARGE VOLUMES OF A SINGLE/SAME ITEM SHOULD CONTACT MARK MOBERLY IN ADVANCE OF REGISTERING AS A SELLER/CONSIGNOR.
